Our comprehensive package takes care of everything from initial planning and coordination to seamless execution. We manage every detail, from decor and vendors to logistics and timeline, ensuring your event unfolds flawlessly. We will take photos of the setting and decor prior to the arrival of guests to ensure the memories are captured. All you have to do is show up and embrace the fun.

This package includes everything in the Honey Bee package in addition to the following:

Spark Creativity: Activity Table

Treat your guests to interactive and engaging activities to keep everyone entertained. For children's events, we offer fun and developmentally appropriate activities. For adult events, we tailor the activities to your theme. 

​

For children's events, the activity accommodates up to 24 children and includes two 6ft tables fully theme decorated, the activity materials needed as well as the set-up and take down. Examples include sensory activities, art projects and crafts. For adult events, the package includes an activity for up to 20 guests. Inquire for pricing for larger groups.

Delightful Themed Snacks Table

A 6ft snack table perfect for your guests. Depending on your event, this may be a children's snack table or an adult snack table. This beautifully decorated table will be a welcome sight, offering a delicious selection of refreshing treats.

The spread includes a specialty drink in a dispenser as well as themed savory and sweet snacks that will not only be beautifully displayed but amazingly delicious! Your guests will love every aspect of this spread.

Dining Setting: Theme-Centered

Fully theme-decorated tables with chairs, perfect for up to 24 guests to enjoy their meal and cake together while chatting. For children's events, themed plates, utensils and customized water bottles add special details that make them feel appreciated and included in the celebration! For adults, gold or silver tableware and china plates options are available.

Stress-Free Vendor Coordination

Planning an event involves juggling many moving parts. Let us take the stress out of vendor coordination! Once you find the vendors, we will coordinate up to 3 vendors of your choosing, ensuring a seamless and successful collaboration. Vendors include catering, entertainment, photography, etc. Cost of vendors not included.

On-Site Hosting for 3 Hours

Your dedicated event planner will be present for up to 3 hours, acting as your personal maestro ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to your vision.

Picture Perfect Backdrop

A stunning backdrop adorned with your customized announcement and captivating theme decor. The centerpiece is a magnificent organic balloon garland, adding a touch of whimsy and vibrancy perfect for photos with family and friends.

She was super organized, professional and so easy to work with. She listens, then takes the vision to another level beyond what my imagination can create.
